Job summary

Costello Medical is seeking a Qualitative Analyst to lead the design and delivery of qualitative research within our real-world evidence offering. You will develop materials, conduct interviews and synthesize findings for diverse audiences, while supporting other evidence projects and growth of the service.

You will train colleagues in qualitative methods, contribute to proposals, and liaise with clients to communicate insights and value across disease areas.

Qualifications

• The applicant holds an undergraduate degree in a scientific, health-related or social science field.
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage but not required.
• Hands-on experience in developing materials and conducting qualitative interviews.
• Experience applying thematic or other qualitative analysis methods.
• Able to plan and write scientific documents and reports.
• Willingness to contribute to quantitative or mixed-method projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualitative research materials and conduct/ analyse interviews.
• Synthesise findings into reports, slides, posters and manuscripts.
• Contribute to other evidence generation projects including Delphi panels and surveys.
• Train and upskill colleagues in qualitative methods.
• Support business development through proposals and scoping opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, including teleconferences and meetings.
• Manage multiple projects across disease areas and ensure client communication.
