Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Analyst to join the Transformation, Strategy and Improvement team. You will develop measurement frameworks, dashboards and insights to supportCQI programmes and organisational change across Trust services.

You will collaborate with clinical and corporate teams to embed data-driven decision making, monitor benefits and drive improvements in quality, safety, productivity and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
• Training and experience in quality/service improvement techniques
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
• Leadership or coaching qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement frameworks for CQI programmes
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems for QMS
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders
• Provide analytical leadership for improvement programmes
• Support evidence-based decision making with data-driven insights
