Intapp is seeking a Senior Analyst, External Reporting to join our team in Belfast. Reporting to the Manager of External Reporting and Technical Accounting, you will drive US GAAP-based external reporting and ensure timely SEC disclosures.

The role requires Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years post-qualification experience and prior Big 4 exposure. Proficiency with Shareworks, Workiva and NetSuite is preferred.

  • Prepare stock-based compensation analyses and deliverables per US GAAP.
  • Prepare SEC disclosures (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy) in compliance with US GAAP and SEC.
  • Develop supporting schedules and disclosures for earnings releases and investor materials.
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships with stock administration, HR, tax, treasury, legal, IR.
  • Support ad hoc projects including process automation and technical accounting initiatives.

Senior Analyst, External Reporting Intapp, Inc. is looking for a Senior Analyst, External Reporting to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, External Reporting and Technical Accounting, this role is central to the company’s financial reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate brings US public company experience and the ability to manage a board range of external reporting responsibilities. The candidate demonstrates strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the agility to navigate complex and evolving challenges effectively.

What you will do:
  • Prepare stock-based compensation analyses and related deliverables in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Prepare SEC disclosures on a quarterly and annual basis, contributing to the timely submission of filings including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and proxy statements, in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
  • Develop supporting schedules and documentation for earnings releases, financial statements, investor materials, and accompanying footnote disclosures
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across stock administration, HR, tax, treasury, legal, and investor relations
  • Support ad hoc projects and analyses, which may include process automation and other technical accounting or financial reporting initiatives undefined
What you will need:
  • Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
  • Prior experience of working with Big 4 accounting firms
  • Experience with ICFR framework and documentation requirements
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain accuracy across complex financial reporting deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to learn and a strong desire to enact changes where necessary
  • Proficiency with Shareworks, Workiva, and Netsuite or equivalent platforms
