Job description

We are looking for a talented and well-organised individual to join the Computing and Library Services, Corporate Information Systems team.

This is a great opportunity for an Administrator/Developer to join the team responsible for the development, support and maintenance of our university’s business systems, with a focus on the student records system.

Educated to degree level, or with substantial professional experience in an IT environment, you will hold a current certification in Microsoft Technologies or be working towards certification. You will have the ability to develop and implement solutions to enable seamless integration of key business systems.

You will be a self-motivated IT professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with a broad range of customers and stakeholders.

Representing Computing and Library Services as a technical specialist in IT systems administration, you will deliver solutions that meet the demanding needs of the University user base. You will be equally capable of working alone or as part of a team, drawing on all available resources to deliver the required goals.

We offer an excellent employment package, including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
