FloQast is making accountants’ lives better by helping automate and improve the processes and technologies they use to do their work. Developing and driving strategic relationships with relevant software partners and their ecosystems is key to enhancing our customer experience and driving success. In this role, the Senior Alliance Manager works directly with the AWS Partner team, AWS Marketplace, direct sales, account managers, and ecosystem partners to build and nurture relationships, ultimately generating revenue for FloQast.

What You'll Do:

  1. Establish expertise and credibility as the go-to person for everything AWS.
  2. Encourage joint sales collaboration between FloQast, the AWS sales team, go-to-market organizations, and the AWS Partner Network (Marketplace, VARs, ISVs, resellers, and channel partners).
  3. Develop tactical plans to implement strategic initiatives for the AWS business, focusing on the mid-market to growth market segment.
  4. Execute tactical plans utilizing company resources (marketing, sales, product, customer success) to drive revenue.
  5. Identify and generate high-quality leads through engagement with partners, including office visits, sales team training, marketing strategies, and trade shows.
  6. Build relationships with AWS and AWS ecosystem employees, executives, and partners to promote FloQast to their clients.
  7. Take ownership of follow-up activities and next steps to capitalize on partner relationships.
  8. Coordinate with the FloQast product team to ensure compliance with AWS technical standards.
  9. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams on various projects.
  10. Guide FloQast Go-To-Market strategy, tactics, and skills to strengthen AWS relationships.
  11. Travel approximately 25-40% of the time.
  12. Perform any other duties or tasks necessary to meet company goals.

What You'll Bring:

  1. 7+ years of experience in SaaS-based Technologies; experience in Channel/Alliance/Partnership roles is advantageous.
  2. Direct experience working for AWS in a partner-focused go-to-market role and/or experience at an ISV managing AWS partnerships.
  3. Expertise in ERP, accounting, financial management, or CFO domains.
  4. Proven ability to negotiate partner contracts with C-Level executives.
  5. Strong attention to detail.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to lead timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations.
  8. Tenacity and commitment to exceeding targets.
  9. Dedication to self-improvement and success.
  10. Collaborative team player.
  11. Organizational skills to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
