Safran Actuation Systems UK is seeking an experienced Programme Manager (Aftermarket) to lead in-service customer programmes. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to optimise spares, repairs and product support, ensuring delivery against contractual and commercial objectives.

Based in Wolverhampton with hybrid working, you will drive customer satisfaction, programme performance and lifecycle management across engineering, operations and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven Project or Programme Manager experience in aerospace aftermarket, MRO or in-service programmes.
• Experience delivering programmes across repair, overhaul, spares or product support environments.
• Excellent customer and commercial focus with stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate aftermarket programme activities, delivering against contractual and business objectives.
• Monitor in-service product performance and drive improvements.
• Manage programme cost, schedule, revenue, margin, risks and opportunities, with cross-functional coordination.
