Job summary

Europa Worldwide Group is expanding its UK Air & Sea division and seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK. You will identify new opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and build client relationships while working with the Air & Sea Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include hunting for new business, planning activities, and maintaining CRM records to hit revenue targets. A valid driving license is required, and a competitive salary plus car allowance is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Proven track record in winning new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new Air & Sea freight customers across the UK.
• Meet and exceed sales targets as defined by the sales scheme.
• Plan and execute outbound calls, emails and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align on strategy and progress.
• Develop deep knowledge of Europa’s Air & Sea offerings to position value.
• Provide regular performance updates to management.
