Job summary

Europa Worldwide Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to help drive growth across the UK Air & Sea division. You will report to the Air & Sea Sales Manager and focus on identifying and securing new B2B freight opportunities while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Based in one of our UK branches (Leeds, Birmingham, Sheffield, Manchester or Nottingham), you will lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, building strong client relationships and promoting Europa’s

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales within freight forwarding or logistics
• Minimum 3+ years experience in B2B sales
• Valid driving license is required

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new Air & Sea freight customers to grow revenue
• Prospect and qualify high-potential leads and manage the sales cycle
• Plan and execute outbound calls, emails and face-to-face meetings
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities and progress
• Attend meetings with prospective clients and internal stakeholders
