Job summary

WR Logistics is recruiting a Senior Air Pricing Coordinator to join its Heathrow team. You will manage day-to-day air freight pricing enquiries, prepare competitive quotations and support tenders and rate card submissions.

This role requires deep knowledge of airline pricing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain accurate, market‑leading rate structures while collaborating with sales, operations and external partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience within air freight, ideally combining pricing and operational knowledge.
• Experience in an air freight pricing or senior air freight operations role.
• Strong knowledge of airline pricing, rate negotiations and international air freight markets.
• Experience preparing and managing customer rate cards and tender submissions.
• Ability to produce accurate, competitive and commercially viable quotations.
