Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to cover Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. The role demands leading on-site installation work, taking ownership of projects, and working within a 25-mile radius with occasional longer journeys.

You will install and commission commercial air conditioning systems, supervise colleagues, and ensure high workmanship standards while maintaining safety and professionalism on every site

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' air conditioning installation experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical installation skills.
• Ability to lead installation work on site and support other engineers.
• Commercial air conditioning experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out air conditioning installation work across a range of projects.
• Lead installation work on site and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Take ownership of installation jobs and work independently where required.
• Support and guide other engineers to maintain quality and productivity.
• Coordinate installation tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues and site personnel.
• Ensure work is completed safely and professionally.
• Represent the company professionally when working on customer sites.

Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Location: Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxfordshire

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary: £45,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience

Are you an experienced air conditioning installation engineer looking for your next career opportunity? Our client is seeking a skilled, motivated and reliable First Man Installation Engineer to join their team, working on air conditioning installation projects across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installer who takes pride in their workmanship, can work confidently independently and has the ability to lead installation work on site and support other engineers.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years' relevant experience, with strong technical ability and a proactive approach. Experience leading installations and working with commercial air conditioning systems would be advantageous.

What can you expect in return?

• Salary of £45,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• 20 days' annual holiday to start, increasing up to 26 days.
• Contracted hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Work primarily across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, generally within a 25-mile radius, with occasional travel up to approximately 65 miles.
• No overnight stays required.
• Occasional office visits before or after jobs, with door-to-door pay maintained.
