Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Are you looking to start a career in the air conditioning industry? Our client is seeking a motivated, reliable and hands‑on Maintenance Engineer to join their team, carrying out routine maintenance on domestic and commercial air conditioning systems across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

Previous air conditioning experience is preferred but not essential. Applications are welcomed from candidates who are new to the industry but have experience in a similar hands‑on role, such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing or general maintenance work.

No previous air conditioning experience or F‑Gas qualification is required. With the right attitude and aptitude, this is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills, receive training and progress within the industry.
