Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation for financial services clients, linking business needs with Microsoft technologies. You will design, pilot and deliver across processes, operating models, data and risk, while building strong Microsoft partnerships and driving measurable value.

You will lead discovery, design and implementation efforts, managing stakeholders and ensuring governance and change delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on transformation leadership with AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft AI and low-code tools.
• Ability to connect business needs to technology patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and discovery: run interviews, workshops, process reviews and opportunity assessment.
• Build, pilot and scale: lead build, pilot, and scale through MVPs and pilots.
• Working with Microsoft: align solutions with Microsoft priority workloads and co-sell opportunities.
• Team and client leadership: manage stakeholders, lead teams, and govern budgets.
