Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead Microsoft AI business transformation engagements for financial services clients. You will run workshops, shape designs, and deliver practical AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot, while building value through co-sell and co-build with Microsoft teams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with architecture, data, governance and security

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-led business change.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft AI & low-code tools.
• Financial services domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design: interviews, workshops, process reviews and opportunity assessment.
• Write problem statements, design principles, future-state journeys and operating-model impacts.
• Identify AI use cases based on value, feasibility and risk.
• Build roadmaps, MVP scope and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with AI, data and technology specialists to ensure feasibility.
