Job summary

EY in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Microsoft AI and Data Client Solutions, guiding enterprise AI programs and shaping alliances with Microsoft. You will build and mentor high-performing teams, translate client needs into Microsoft-led AI and data solutions, and drive adoption across Fabric, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in consulting or data transformation.
• Deep expertise across Snowflake ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, Azure Data Platform and Power Platform.
• Proven track record shaping and selling large-scale data and technology transformations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants and delivery professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with sales and pipeline experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into Microsoft-led AI and data solutions.
• Shape end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry and Copilot.
• Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and consultants.
• Land in client environments, develop prototypes, align stakeholders and mobilise delivery.
• Ensure delivery of complex Microsoft-focused AI and data programmes.
• Collaborate with EY Microsoft alliance team on joint go-to-market opportunities.
• Develop differentiated propositions combining industry expertise with Snowflake capabilities.
