Job summary

EY in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Microsoft AI and Data client solutions. You will shape strategy, oversee complex AI and data programs, and drive value for enterprise clients through the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will partner with Microsoft's alliance teams, guide multidisciplinary teams of architects and engineers, and build market-leading propositions that accelerate client adoption of AI at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation roles.
• Deep expertise across the Snowflake ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, Azure Data Platform, Power Platform, Modern Data Architecture.
• Proven track record of shaping and selling large-scale data and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and delivery professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead Microsoft-powered AI and data solutions for clients.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformations with Microsoft technologies.
• Develop market-leading propositions and build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with alliance and client executives to grow pipeline and co-sell with Microsoft.
