EY in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Microsoft AI and Data consulting engagements, shaping solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, and related platforms.

You will build and mentor teams, manage client relationships, win go-to-market opportunities with Microsoft, and translate strategic challenges into scalable, value-driven AI programs. The role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting, technology advisory or data transformation experience.
• Proven ability to shape and sell large-scale data/AI programs.
• Strong leadership and team-mentoring capabilities.
• Executive communication with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to translate challenges into Microsoft-led AI solutions.
• Shape end-to-end AI/data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Copilot and Azure services.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers and consultants.
• Develop and manage alliances with Microsoft, drive co-sell opportunities.
• Support sales, pipeline development and revenue growth.
