Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead Microsoft AI business transformation initiatives for financial services. The role focuses on hands-on delivery, workshops, and shaping practical AI solutions that align with client architecture, data governance and control rules.

You will work with Microsoft teams to accelerate co-sell and co-build opportunities, while guiding teams through design, build, pilot and scale phases to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-enabled business change.
• Hands-on delivery with Microsoft AI tools.
• Ability to run workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Understanding of risk, governance and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design and discovery: run interviews, workshops, process reviews and opportunity assessment.
• Write problem statements, future-state journeys and operating-model impacts.
• Identify AI use cases based on value, feasibility and readiness.
• Build business cases showing impact across financial, customer and risk outcomes.
• Create roadmaps, MVP scope and delivery plans with adoption approaches.
• Coordinate AI, data and tech specialists to ensure technical fit and compliance.
• Lead build, pilot and scale workstreams and prototypes.
• Maintain focus on measurable business outcomes and benefits.
