Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Tooling Engineer to build and scale an internal agentic platform in the United Kingdom. You will develop production-ready AI agents and integrations, collaborating with a Principal Engineer, and own the full lifecycle from understanding user needs to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes security, access controls, and cost-aware optimization in a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production software in Python.
• Production AI agents with LangGraph used by real users.
• Experience with MCP or similar tool protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy platform capabilities from concept to production.
• Integrate internal systems and SaaS apps via APIs and data sources.
• Build AI agents and MCP servers for organizational use.
• Design retrieval workflows, prompts, and context management.
