Generative Group in London is seeking a Software Engineer with an AI focus to build and maintain applications across frontend, backend and deployment stacks, owning significant AI agent infrastructure.

You will develop user-facing features with React and Next.js, build backend services and data pipelines for training, and help deliver production-ready AI capabilities, including RAG, agent orchestration and model evaluation. The role requires adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of professional software engineering experience with production experience in React and Next.js.
• Strong backend development skills, preferably Python; relational or NoSQL databases knowledge required.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI applications in production (RAG, agent orchestration, model evaluation).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Redis, background workers and task queues.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaborative communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain frontend, backend and deployment components for AI features.
• Develop user-facing features with React and Next.js and APIs for production use.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, testing and security.
