Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management for time-bound initiatives.
• Experience with AGI landscape, AI safety, technical foresight, or tech policy.
• Experience designing and implementing operational frameworks and cross-functional processes.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to shape strategy.
• Experience navigating ambiguity in technical, policy, or government environments.
• Experience managing programs in technology, government, or policy-focused organizations.
• Ability to evaluate program success against OKRs and provide insights.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios with organizational change using change management.
