DeepMind Technologies Limited is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional AI safety and security launches across global time zones. You will drive end-to-end deployment lifecycles, work with Safety, Security, Trust, and Legal teams, and influence executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience leading programs across multiple geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GenAI Safety, Security, Trust and Safety, and Legal teams to manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of model deployments.
• Streamline execution, refine operational processes, and implement tooling upgrades across all launch programs.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve critical bottlenecks to keep research and engineering teams moving quickly.
• Build consensus and influence key outcomes across teams without relying on direct authority.
• Author and maintain end-to-end launch playbooks, standardized templates, intake reviews, and go/no-go approval workflows.
