Job summary

Fin is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work hands-on with strategic customers, bridging customer needs and product innovation. You’ll collaborate with R&D, GTM, and engineering to design and deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions in complex environments.

You’ll prototype and ship software quickly, travel to customer sites, and help shape product direction while delivering measurable business outcomes for Fin and its global clients.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with CS/Math/Software focus.
• Experience building SaaS products used in production.
• Interest in AI/ML and rapid problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Fin's AI capabilities with strategic customers.
• Embed with customers to understand challenges and technical needs.
• Code alongside customer teams to deliver projects to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product to improve outcomes.
• Share insights to evolve the Forward Deployed function.
