Fin, a leading AI Customer Agent company, is hiring a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer. You will work directly with strategic customers, understand their business goals, design and implement Fin-based solutions, and collaborate with GTM teams to ensure success across the customer journey.

You will operate with autonomy, set direction, and represent Fin confidently in high-stakes contexts, helping scale customer support operations and deliver meaningful business impact.

Qualifications

• Autonomous decision-making with 2+ years as primary technical leader for a team.
• Interest in AI/ML and ability to learn new concepts quickly to guide customers and internal teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across org boundaries to drive best outcomes for customers and Fin.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock AI capabilities to automate and scale support operations.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and guide them toward outcomes with Fin.
• Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams, coding alongside to drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide product feedback.
• Lead and evolve the Forward Deployed Engineering function as it grows.
• Leverage connections across strategic accounts to anticipate challenges and influence decisions.
• Provide mentorship to Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Engineers as we scale.
