Janus Henderson Investors undertakes an enterprise AI transformation. This business-facing engineering role sits with portfolio managers, analysts and traders to turn workflows into production AI and data solutions.

You will own solutions end to end from initial discovery to live running, collaborating with AI Enablement Partners to surface demand. You will work with Python, SQL, LLMs and enterprise data tools such as Azure AI Foundry and Snowflake, building reusable components and ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in a technical, business-facing engineering role.
• Strong Python and SQL with a track record of shipping production applications.
• Experience with LLMs, agent development, and production deployment at scale.

Responsabilités

• Sit with business users to understand workflows and friction and translate into AI/data solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions from discovery to live running.
• Own architecture and design decisions, ensuring security, scalability, and governance.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement Partners and AI Security/Governance teams.
