The role combines hands-on leadership with a strategic mandate to scale delivery, optimise sourcing decisions, and build a robust procurement service for growing mid-sized customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, or related consulting discipline.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and ecosystem.
• Track record delivering extraordinary results for mid-sized customers.
• Clear, confident communicator with senior stakeholders and presentations.
• Curious about AI tools and modern procurement methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a Mid Market procurement vision and strategy for the UK, tracking team performance.
• Develop personalised procurement strategies and playbooks for Mid Market accounts to ensure scalable delivery.
• Strategic sourcing: plan, negotiate SaaS deals, and manage key SaaS partner relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement SRM strategies across the supplier base.
• Utilise AI-driven insights to prioritise research and reduce manual admin.
