Job summary

CDW UK is seeking a Principal Solution Architect, AI to bridge customers, sales, and technical teams in delivering Generative AI, ML, and Data Ops solutions. You will lead use-case development, architect end-to-end AI systems, and shape AI offerings across CDW’s portfolio.

You will stay ahead of AI trends, mentor the architect team, and drive credibility with customers while collaborating with partners to ensure scalable, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying AI use cases with commercial impact.
• Proven ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Position CDW Custom AI capabilities with customers and sales teams.
• Maintain expert level knowledge through use case research and training.
• Lead end-to-end AI solution design across hybrid platforms.
• Develop AI demos and accelerate execution of customer engagements.
• Collaborate with partner and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Drive offering development and thought leadership in AI.
