Job summary

Optima Partners is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to define and deliver end-to-end AI solution architectures with a strong focus on generative and agentic AI. You will lead hands-on technical work and translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with data science, data engineering, consulting and client engagement teams to shape AI strategies, run PoCs, and industrialise AI capabilities across client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end AI solution architectures, including LLM apps and agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native design, APIs, microservices and scalable software delivery.
• Hands-on capability with Python and SQL, plus AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end AI solution architectures with generative and agentic capabilities.
• Design AI patterns such as RAG, orchestration and multi-agent workflows, integrating with enterprise data and APIs.
• Lead proofs-of-concept at client sites to demonstrate measurable business value.
• Contribute to early industrialisation of AI solutions, including MLOps practices.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy and governance standards.
