Job summary

Accenture Song in the UK seeks a Lead AI Solution Architect to own end-to-end data and AI solutions for customers, spanning ML products, generative AI and agentic AI systems. You will define the target architecture, provide technical leadership to delivery teams and ensure live service and continuous improvement.

You will translate technical concepts into business outcomes for customer growth, marketing and service challenges, guiding decisions and governance across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Production GenAI experience in production environments.
• Customer domain expertise across growth, marketing or service.
• Modern AI architecture and patterns for enterprise scale.
• Strong software engineering, data architecture and cloud knowledge.
• Experience integrating enterprise data into AI solutions.
• Proven architectural leadership and delivery accountability.
• Consulting and stakeholder management with business impact focus.
• Experience designing trustworthy, secure and compliant AI.
• Coaching engineers, data scientists or architects to grow capability.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI, analytics and data platforms across customer lifecycles.
• Define scalable, secure target architectures aligned to business goals.
• Lead AI platform and application design integrating with enterprise systems.
• Make key architectural decisions on tech, security and governance.
• Direct multidisciplinary delivery teams from concept to production.
• Ensure responsible AI, privacy and regulatory compliance across solutions.
• Establish standards and coach teams on best practices.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Support business development with solution approaches and roadmaps.
