Senior AI Solutions Architect: Enterprise Go-Live Leader

Job summary

QAD, a global SaaS provider, is hiring an AI Solutions Architect in the UK. This senior, customer-facing role sits at the front of our delivery motion, guiding workshops, designing agentic processes, and architecting end-to-end production deployments with our offshore FDE team.

You will own the solution from workshop to go-live, collaborating across ERP systems, PLM, EDI, and sourcing tools, and ensuring value delivery through UAT and post-launch feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI agents, including LLMs, tool calling, RAG, autonomy and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing workshops or discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to architect integrated enterprise solutions (ERPs, enterprise data flows) with customer data.
• Hands-on technical depth to prototype and pair credibly with software engineers (read, shape, and unblock code).
• Fluency across two enterprise value chains: P2P, O2C, S2C, or P2M.

Responsibilities

• Run Agentic Process Workshops: Lead structured workshops with customer process owners across core manufacturing value chains.
• Adapt Requirements into Agentic Flows: Turn messy data into structured agentic flows and estimate effort.
• Architect Integrated Solutions: Design deployment including ERP, PLM, EDI, email, and sourcing tools; perform light on-site prototyping.
• Build End-to-End with the FDE Team: Collaborate with offshore engineering through the build phase and go-live.
• Drive Go-Live & Continuous Feedback: Conduct UAT, measure value delta, and capture reusable components.
