Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end.
• Own the AI workshop program and customize modules per customer.
• Architect multi-agent solutions for customer’s workflows.
• Design client-specific MCP resource packs.
• Own Deployment Kit quality.
• Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints.
• Drive the intelligence loop.
• Mentor junior FDEs.
