Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Growth Leader to serve as the technical lead for enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI opportunities. You will shape solution architecture, design business-focused AI propositions, and create demonstrations to bring AI solutions to life.

This role partners with the AI Growth Leader in a two-in-a-box model and requires collaboration with CIOs, CTOs, and security leaders to ensure secure, scalable, and standards-aligned AI programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, AI Consulting, Cloud Transformation, or Technology Leadership roles.
• Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, Data, Analytics, or Cloud solutions.
• Experience leading technical solutioning activities for complex client pursuits and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong experience engaging senior technology stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, CDOs, and Security Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI solutions for strategic opportunities, from discovery to enterprise-scale adoption.
• Define end-to-end solution architectures for Generative AI and Agentic AI programmes.
• Design enterprise-scale AI architectures covering LLMs, RAG, governance, security, and observability.
• Assess client landscapes to establish foundations for AI adoption.
• Develop prototypes and value demonstrations to accelerate client decisions.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate leading technologies into client solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during early programme delivery and governance.
