Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced Strategy and AI leaders to drive transformation across enterprises. You will guide engagements from strategy to execution, embedding Generative AI and agentic workflows into business processes and customer journeys.

You will partner with C-suite and business leaders to measure value, define roadmaps and scale AI responsibly, with a human-centered design focus and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data, analytics and AI transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled products and workflows.
• Strong strategic and commercial capability with client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from strategy through execution in AI-enabled enterprises.
• Shape AI strategy, roadmaps and value realizations for executive sponsors.
