Job summary

WRITER in London is seeking a security engineer to embed security into our AI platform at enterprise scale. You will partner with engineering teams to design secure architectures and automate protections across pipelines and models.

This role focuses on threat modeling, secure coding standards, CI/CD integration, and proactive defense against evolving AI threats. Hybrid work from London office with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in application security engineering and securing large-scale production systems.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and shipping features with risk management in mind.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and ability to review code for security implications.
• Knowledge of security tooling and methodologies including SAST/DAST, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Build security into the DNA of our AI platform by threat modeling and designing secure architectures for features.
• Own and evolve the application security program, including CI/CD security automation and secure code reviews.
• Champion secure coding standards and create reusable security patterns and libraries for developers.
