Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Security Engineering Lead to design and deliver secure patterns, controls and tooling for our AI/ML systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, with code, automation and platform design responsibilities.

The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML security, modern software engineering, and SecDevOps practices, and offers a hybrid work pattern across multiple UK sites with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as a senior security engineer and leading engineering initiatives in a DevSecOps environment.
• Strong expertise securing AI/ML systems at scale, including model lifecycle security, data pipelines, and secure deployment.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning stacks and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, serverless).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure engineering patterns, controls, and tooling for AI/ML systems.
• Lead through engineering expertise on complex threat landscapes and secure-by-design practices.
• Collaborate with senior technical customers and cross-functional teams to embed best security practices.
