Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an experienced AI Security Engineering Lead to design and deliver secure engineering patterns, controls and tooling that protect our AI/ML systems. This senior role is pivotal to safeguarding the bank’s expanding AI ecosystem.

You will lead hands-on engineering, work directly on code, automation and platform design while embedding DevSecOps practices and guiding cross-functional teams toward secure-by-design solutions in a hybrid UK-wide environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as a senior security engineer and leading engineering initiatives in a DevSecOps environment.
• Strong expertise securing AI and ML systems at scale, including model lifecycle security, data pipelines, and secure deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with machine learning stacks and cloud‑native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure engineering patterns, controls and tooling for AI/ML systems.
