Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an experienced AI Security Engineering Lead to design and deliver secure engineering patterns and tooling for AI/ML systems. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining coding, automation, and platform design while shaping security strategy at scale across the bank's AI initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience as a senior security engineer and leading initiatives in a DevSecOps environment.
Strong expertise securing AI/ML systems at scale, including model lifecycle security, data pipelines, and secure deployment.
Hands-on experience with ML stacks and cloud-native architectures such as Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver secure engineering patterns and controls for AI/ML systems.
Hands-on coding, automation, and platform design to uplift security engineering capabilities.
Embed DevSecOps practices and influence security strategy across the bank's AI initiatives.
