Job summary

Noma Security invites a Senior Customer Engineer to deploy, integrate, and operate our AI security platform in production environments. You will act as a hands-on technical resource for complex post-sales engagements and translate customer use cases into reliable configurations and workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, repeatable solutions, leveraging your scripting, API, and cloud experience in a fast-evolving security and AI space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash for diagnostics, automation.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments, security controls, system integrations, and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills to lead technical customer conversations and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with scalable, reusable solutions.
• Familiarity with AI technologies/workflows including generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents.
• Background in cybersecurity, cloud security, applications security, data protection, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability platforms, CRMs, or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer use cases into technical requirements, configurations, integrations, workflows, and production-readiness plans.
• Provide architecture guidance, configuration advice, APIs, scripts, automation, and technical best practices.
• Lead technical deep dives, diagnose complex configuration and integration issues, develop mitigations, and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering.
• Help customers embed Noma into recurring security and operational workflows through workshops, enablement, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support to channel customer insights back into the platform.
