GlobalLogic is seeking a Technical Programme Manager (AI SDLC) in the UK to lead multi-million-pound engineering programmes and drive AI-powered software products across the enterprise SDLC. You will coordinate distributed teams, oversee architecture alignment, and govern AI delivery with metrics and risk controls.

The role emphasizes executive advisory, pre-sales involvement, and governance of AI software quality, ensuring compliance with GDPR and evolving AI standards.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of how AI integrates into modern software engineering, including LLMOps and MLOps patterns.
• Expertise in enterprise DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, trunk-based development, and AI coding assistants.
• Strong grounding in AI ethics, IP guardrails, security standards for AI-generated software, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading large, fixed-outcome programmes with 10M+ annual revenue and 100+ distributed engineers.
• Proficiency in DORA metrics, SPACE framework, and productivity tracking for AI-enabled teams.
• Financial governance skills including P&L management and margin optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI SDLC delivery for multi-million-pound programmes from discovery to production rollout.
• Lead AI-enabled SDLC transformation, integrating AI tools into client pipelines and measuring developer productivity.
• Provide architecture and technical alignment across AI stacks, ensuring scalability and security.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, architect SOWs and solution proposals for AI platform engineering.
• Establish governance for AI software quality including automated evaluations and regression testing.
