GlobalLogic is seeking a highly experienced Technical Programme Manager (AI-SDLC) to lead multi-million-pound engineering programmes in the UK. Based in the UK with a hybrid model, you will oversee AI-powered software product development and transform enterprise SDLCs using Copilots, automated code generation, AI testing, and CD pipelines.

Qualifications
- AI SDLC & LLMOps fluency in modern software eng.
- Expertise in enterprise DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD automation.
- Strong grounding in AI ethics, IP guardrails, and compliance.
- 15+ years in digital/software engineering or IT consulting.
- Proven leadership of large fixed-outcome programmes (£10M+ revenue) and 100+ staff.
- Familiar with Agile metrics (DORA, SPACE) and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end AI SDLC delivery from discovery to production.
- Lead AI-enabled transformation of client pipelines and tooling.
- Ensure architecture alignment across AI stack for scalability and security.
- Lead pre-sales engagements with SOWs and proposals.
- Establish governance for AI quality, evals, and regression testing.
