Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Technical Programme Manager (Data & Intelligence Engineering) in the UK to lead multi-million-pound data transformation initiatives across BFSI. You will be the senior delivery authority, guiding end-to-end delivery, architecture, and governance with globally distributed teams.

You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, oversee Data Mesh, Data Lakehouses, Real-time analytics, and MLOps pipelines, and ensure regulatory and financial governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Digital Engineering or IT Consulting with BFSI experience.
• Experience leading large-scale data programmes (£10M+ annual revenue) with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end data programme delivery from inception to production.
• Oversee cloud deployments, data architecture decisions, and governance.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, architect SOWs and solution proposals.
• Establish data quality, lineage, and MLOps governance.
• Take P&L and commercial risk responsibility for complex engagements.
