Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 15+ years in Digital Engineering or IT Consulting with Banking/Financial Services/Insurance experience.
• Data & AI Architecture: Deep understanding of modern data stacks and AI/ML lifecycle management with ability to challenge patterns.
• Programme & Delivery Leadership: 15+ years leading complex, fixed‑outcome programmes and managing 100+ engineers across global centres.
• Strategic Influence: Executive advisory to C-suite; translate data initiatives into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Data Programme Delivery: manage lifecycle from inception to production across Data Lakehouses, Data Mesh, Real-time Streaming, and ML/GenAI pipelines.
• Architecture & Technical Alignment: oversee cloud deployments and scale of solutions, aligning with C‑suite strategy and engineering pods.
• Pre-Sales & Data Solutioning: lead technical pre-sales, architect SOWs and proposals for data migration and platform modernization.
• Data Quality & MLOps Governance: establish standards for data quality, lineage, testing, and MLOps practices.
• P&L & Commercial Accountability: own financial performance of large-scale programmes and optimize margins.
