Job summary

GSK seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to shape AI-enabled tech transfer strategies within CMC, driving end-to-end design from development to commercial supply. You’ll partner with FDE pods, MSAT, and sites worldwide to define architectures, data flows, and scalable recipes for one-click deployment of new lines and products.

You will shape a performant, AI-native end-to-end process, balancing automation with human oversight while delivering measurable value across NPIs and site operations.

Qualifications

• Strong progressive experience in pharma/AI product or strategy roles in tech-led organisations.
• Track record turning ambiguous problems into structured opportunities with defensible cases.
• Working knowledge of site tech transfer processes (MSAT, supply chain).
• Experience engaging sites and operational teams; turning pain points into AI opportunities.
• Technical fluency in modern AI/ML to design realistic engagements with engineers.
• Experience redesigning business processes in AI-native ways; 10x transformation.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality artefacts and solid discovery foundations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and size AI opportunities across engagements; create one-page briefs.
• Build credible value cases with finance-grade reasoning for time savings or uplift.
• Develop domain knowledge in workflows, data, decisions, and stakeholder ownership.
• Prioritise and sequence work across engagements for impact.
• Define and drive NPI launch strategy; optimize bottlenecks and timelines.
• Lead architecture for AI-enabled tech transfer; connect development, sites, MSAT, supply chain.
• Own tech transfer package content and AI-native maintenance.
• Drive agentification across end-to-end tech transfer; balance automation and human input.
• Lead recipe building for new products for MES with adaptable agent support.
• Partner with FDE pods to turn ambiguity into crisp problems and success metrics.
• Maintain sponsorship with concise updates and risk clarity.
• Track value realisation and feed lessons back into scoping.
