Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to shape AI strategy for tech transfer and manufacturing in a hybrid UK role. You will partner with sites, CMOs and FDE pods to design AI-enabled transfer processes and optimize NPIs.

You will translate complex problems into actionable opportunities, size value, prototype hands-on, and drive end-to-end implementation with MES/automation platforms. UK hybrid pattern with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or equivalent.
• Master’s degree advantageous.
• Experience in pharma/tech transfer and AI product roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities across engagements and size value.
• Build credible value cases with finance-grade reasoning.
• Lead AI-enabled tech transfer architecture and data design.
• Own tech transfer package content and governance.
• Drive agentification across end-to-end tech transfer processes.
• Collaborate with FDE pods and enterprise architecture.
• Engage sites and CMOs; align with business stakeholders.
