Job summary

GSK seeks a senior AI product leader to drive growth across US Commercial and Digital Experience. You will shape the AI roadmap, partner with data science and engineering to deliver production-ready models, and ensure regulatory compliance within a heavily regulated environment.

You will lead a small team of AI-focused PMs and architects, delivering measurable brand growth while coordinating with Medical, Legal, and Compliance. Hybrid work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, quantitative, or life-sciences.
• 10+ years in product management with at least 2 years shipping AI/ML-powered features into production.
• Experience with LLM-based tooling — prompt/agent design, RAG architectures, or fine-tuning.
• Experience in commercial growth mechanics and brand planning cycles.
• Experience defining success metrics for AI initiatives in commercial terms.
• Comfort partnering with data science/ML engineering on evaluation, latency, cost, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-driven growth capabilities roadmap across HCP and patient funnel.
• Define multi-year roadmap for AI across US Commercial and Digital experience.
• Build autonomous AI agents to optimize content, targeting and channel mix.
• Lead AI-driven personalization and content generation to speed asset approval.
• Move growth models from prototype to production services meeting compliance.
• Establish governance for model risk, data privacy, bias testing and MLR-aligned approval.
