Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline plc is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager for Tech Transfer & Strategy in the UK hybrid role. You will own AI-enabled tech transfer, shape the NPI launch strategy, and partner with FDE pods and MSAT to deliver manufacturing-ready AI solutions across sites.

You’ll translate complex business problems into structured opportunities, size value, and drive end‑to‑end product delivery with strong stakeholder engagement and a focus on measurable patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Surface and size AI opportunities across engagements and adjacent business units.
• Build credible value cases with finance‑grade reasoning behind cycle time saved, decisions accelerated, revenue uplift, or cost avoided.
• Develop hands‑on domain knowledge in engagement areas — workflows, data, decisions, and the people who own them.
• Recommend what to start, continue, and stop across engagements based on evidence.
• Sequence work for impact.
• Define and drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) launch strategy optimization and quantify impact.
• Lead architecture definition for AI-enabled tech transfer across sites and MSAT.
• Own the tech transfer package content and data, generated and kept current in an AI‑native way.
• Drive agentification across end‑to‑end tech transfer, deciding automation vs human-in-the-loop steps.
• Lead recipe building for new products to produce executable master and control recipes for MES.
