Job summary

You will partner with forward deployed engineers, analytics teams and R&D Tech to identify opportunities, size value, prototype hands‑on, and drive end‑to‑end delivery with sponsor alignment and a 10x improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pharma/Life sciences, AI/ML product or strategy roles.
• Ability to translate complex problems into structured opportunities with defensible business cases.
• Working knowledge of process modeling, manufacturing, and lab content in R&D.
• Experience redesigning business platform thinking for drug modalities such as oligonucleotides, ADCs or monoclonal antibodies.

Responsibilities

• Surface and size AI opportunities across engagements; build credible value cases.
• Prioritize work based on evidence; plan scope per sprint.
• Partner with FDE pods; translate ambiguity into clear statements and success metrics.
• Run sponsor sessions; maintain confidence with concise updates and risk calls.
• Track value realization and feed learnings back into scoping and delivery.
