Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to shape the next chapter of our AI-powered platform. You will report to the VP of Product and act as a force multiplier across teams, setting direction where uncertain and ensuring critical initiatives ship with excellence.

You will own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces spanning multiple product areas, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments.
• Seniority capable of autonomous work across multiple teams and problem spaces.
• Genuine customer obsession and ability to translate needs into outcomes.
• Technical credibility to discuss system design, LLMs, data, and architecture with engineers.
• Balance of strategic vision and meticulous release planning.
• Exceptional communication across audiences from engineers to executives.
• Mentor mindset with a data-informed, outcome-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end from discovery to launch, adoption and iteration across multiple squads.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap with VP of Product and leadership, translating goals into sequenced bets.
• Engage with enterprise buyers and end users to uncover needs and validate solutions.
• Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, assess tradeoffs, and align on architecture and data usage.
• Align stakeholders across GTM, sales, marketing, customer success and executives with clear narratives.
• Define success metrics and use data to measure impact and guide decisions.
• Mentor PMs and reinforce best practices to elevate product craft and velocity.
