Job summary

Select Tech in London seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and delivery of AI-powered enterprise technology solutions, spanning APIs, data services and platform integrations. You will own the roadmap and translate complex customer needs into epics and user stories, collaborating with engineering and commercial teams across London and Bengaluru.

The role requires 6–9 years in B2B product management, financial services knowledge and a solid grasp of Agile

Qualifications

6–9 years of dedicated Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise tech.
Experience owning a roadmap for a dedicated product or capability area.
Previous product mgmt experience in financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and requirement translation into epics.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for a dedicated capability area aligned with business goals.
Define priorities based on customer needs, value, feasibility and market opportunities.
Maintain a clear backlog with engineering teams and translate requirements into epics and user stories.
Lead Agile delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, releases.
Collaborate with engineering across locations including London and Bengaluru.
Manage APIs, integrations, and enterprise data delivery services.
Define quality standards for AI-powered features and evaluate outputs and latency.
Conduct customer discovery and market research to identify improvements.
Support go-to-market efforts with product positioning and release notes.
