Job summary

Zego is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager for the Platform team. You’ll own a platform domain, define quarterly goals and help modernise critical services.

You’ll translate technical challenges into business value and ensure services are resilient, compliant and AI-ready for agents and apps. You will work in a hybrid model with London or Halifax offices, collaborating with legal, compliance and finance to embed governance from day one.

Qualifications

• Platform ownership of a technical domain driving business impact.
• Confidence with system architecture, APIs and event-driven services.
• Led incremental rebuilds of critical services while keeping systems online.
• Uses data/usage to ground decisions and justify platform investments.
• Able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define quarterly strategy for your domain and refine long-term platform plans.
• Lead discovery autonomously while modernising policy lifecycle.
• Dive into technical detail and assess dependencies and risks.
• Launch new products, prices or journeys on the platform quickly and predictably.
• Make services AI-ready with well-documented APIs and safe data handling.
• Establish metrics for reliability, incidents, time-to-launch and cost-to-serve.
• Embed compliance from day one with Legal, Compliance and Finance.
• Engage stakeholders through ceremonies and planning sessions.
