Zego leads the AI evolution in insurance. We are hiring a Lead Product Manager who will define the 6–12 month product direction, own cross‑functional roadmaps, and shape how Zego’s products evolve to meet ambitious targets.

• Strategic product leadership across multiple teams or domains in a high-growth environment.
• Built experiment cultures with build–measure–learn rhythm.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing levers and revenue modelling.
• Designs metrics and dashboards the business relies on, comfortable with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Set the 6–12 month product strategy across multiple teams and domains.
• Define and validate new revenue mechanics from 0 to 1 propositions.
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm.
• Build reusable AI playbooks, workflows and assets for the team.
• Design product metrics and dashboards the business runs on with data grounding.
• Own company-level programmes with direct P&L impact.
• Coach Product Managers across the organisation.
